Internship & Supervision at Reclaim Therapy
I am deeply passionate about supporting people in reaching their mental health goals—and equally passionate about nurturing interns and new MSW graduates as they begin to claim their professional identities.
Supervision isn’t about perfection or performance, it’s about empowerment, curiosity, and growth. I believe new therapists thrive in learning environments that honor compassion, respect, individuality, and authenticity.
With me, you can expect thoughtful guidance, honest and supportive feedback, and a collaborative approach that helps you grow into the therapist you want to be—not a carbon copy of someone else.
My supervision philosophy centers on:
(Re)claiming confidence in your clinical skills
(Re)claiming your clinical voice and professional identity
(Re)claiming sustainable practice habits that support long-term wellbeing
My goal is to help you develop into a therapist who is grounded, ethical, self-aware, and authentically you—both in and outside the therapy room.
If you’re looking for a supervision experience that values growth over perfection and curiosity over judgment, this might be your space.
Reclaim Therapy Might Be a Good Fit If You…
Are an MSW intern or recent graduate
Value reflection, curiosity, and growth
Want supervision that honors your individuality
Are seeking a supportive, grounded learning environment
Compensation
I believe that even as a new graduate, you deserve to be fairly compensated for the important work you do.
Therefore, I do not charge for supervision and you are not obligated to sign a contract, committing to any length of employment. I want to make your growth as a new therapist both enjoyable and beneficial.
